Sports Schools
Turning the ball over in three touches means three people thinking at once.
Free Athlete AssessmentThe Volleyball School is Başarı Spor Akademisi’s volleyball programme for children and teenagers aged eight and over. Delivered at the academy’s training camp, it runs from the fundamentals of the dig, set and serve through to team organisation.
Volleyball does not forgive mistakes: when the ball lands, the point is over and there is no recovery run. That structure is demanding for a child and also instructive — it teaches sustained attention, waiting in a ready position, and moving past an error quickly. The programme’s first goal is not technique but that habit of being ready at every moment.
Technically the order starts with the dig and the set; spiking and blocking are deliberately delayed until the shoulder girdle and jump mechanics are developed enough. High-volume spiking on an immature shoulder lays the ground for problems that surface years later, so work above the net is introduced gradually.
Volleyball is also a communication sport. A team that does not call to each other on court drops the ball however good it is technically. In sessions we explicitly train children to call, to ask for the ball and to own the error — a skill that keeps working long after they leave the court.
Fundamental technique, jump development and team organisation progress together.

We do not write a programme without measuring first. After the assessment you will see, in numbers, how far from your target you actually are.
